We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market and lifecycle marketing for our Validation Business, including staking, restaking, validator operations, and related infrastructure products.
In this role, you’ll translate technical performance into marketable value, crafting campaigns that resonate with DeFi power users, DAO contributors, ecosystem foundations, and infrastructure partners. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ecosystem teams to scale our validator presence across Ethereum, Cosmos, Polkadot, and beyond.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and act as a strategic owner of messaging, market positioning, and adoption campaigns for one of P2P’s most critical product lines.
