The Head of IT Application Services is responsible for leading and developing international IT teams managing business-critical ERP application landscape, with a strong emphasis on SAP systems implementation, ERP process optimization, and seamless integration of systems, data, and business analytics platforms.
- Lead and manage international SAP inhouse consultant teams, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and business objectives.
- Leading and managing international SAP projects, including design, customizing, migration, and system enhancements.
- Take full responsibility for SAP CO customizing, support and continuous improvement.
- Ensure ERP initiatives are delivered in scope, on time, and on budget, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet business needs.
- Drive a consistent global ERP application architecture and governance while managing external partners to deliver high-quality services within agreed SLAs.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for application services and SAP systems in line with CIO defined strategies and tactics.
