Qualificações
Strong agricultural knowledge, ideally in berries, horticulture, or crop management.
Bilingual language skills – fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Ability to explain yield forecasting data in clear, practical, farmer-friendly terms.
Confidence engaging with farmers via video, phone, email and in-person.
Responsabilidades
Serve as the key interface with customers and lead discussions.
Lead regular yield forecasting meetings and guide customers through onboarding.
Ensure customers understand how to apply forecast insights for better planning.
