A leading agricultural technology company is seeking a skilled Forecasting / Account Contractor in Madrid, Spain. This role involves engaging with berry and produce customers to enhance their use of advanced forecasting tools. Ideal candidates will possess strong agricultural knowledge, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have the ability to convey data insights in a practical manner. Remote work is supported, but flexibility is essential to accommodate various time zones.

Formación

• Strong agricultural knowledge, ideally in berries, horticulture, or crop management.
• Bilingual language skills – fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain yield forecasting data in clear, practical, farmer-friendly terms.
• Confidence engaging with farmers via video, phone, email and in-person.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key interface with customers and lead discussions.
• Lead regular yield forecasting meetings and guide customers through onboarding.
• Ensure customers understand how to apply forecast insights for better planning.

Conocimientos

Strong agricultural knowledge in berries, horticulture, or crop management

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Ability to explain forecasting data in practical terms

Confidence in engaging with farmers
