A leading agricultural technology company is seeking a skilled Forecasting / Account Contractor in Madrid, Spain. This role involves engaging with berry and produce customers to enhance their use of advanced forecasting tools. Ideal candidates will possess strong agricultural knowledge, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have the ability to convey data insights in a practical manner. Remote work is supported, but flexibility is essential to accommodate various time zones.

Formación

• Strong agricultural knowledge, ideally in berries, horticulture, or crop management.
• Bilingual language skills – fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain yield forecasting data in clear, practical, farmer-friendly terms.
• Confidence engaging with farmers via video, phone, email and in-person.

Responsabilidades

With our customer network strengthening in Europe, we are now seeking a skilled contractor to support our berry and produce customers within this region as they adopt and use our advanced forecasting tools.

Forecasting / Account Contractor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key interface with customers, leading discussions, interpreting their needs, and communicating the forecast outcome.
• Act as the primary point of contact: lead regular yield forecasting meetings, guide customers through onboarding and setup, and ensure they fully understand how to apply forecast insights to improve their planning and daily decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong agricultural knowledge, ideally in berries, horticulture, or crop management.
• Bilingual language skills – fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain yield forecasting data in clear, practical, farmer-friendly terms.
• Confidence engaging with farmers via video, phone, email and in-person.

Remote work with travel requirements; we seek a person with excellent organisation, prioritisation skills, and the ability to work independently.
