Descripción de la vacante
A global leader in enterprise orchestration is seeking a highly accomplished Security Engineer - AppSec to work remotely, ideally from Spain. The role focuses on embedding security in the software development lifecycle and requires strong experience in cybersecurity and software engineering. Ideal candidates will have expertise in vulnerability assessment and threat modeling, along with proficiency in programming. Competitive compensation is offered.
Formación
- 4+ years in cybersecurity or software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on application or product security.
- Proficiency in Ruby, Java, Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of software development processes.
Responsabilidades
- Embed with engineering teams to ensure security integration in development lifecycle.
- Conduct threat modeling and participate in design reviews.
- Act as a security champion providing training and driving secure coding practices.
