• Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Identify and address any harmful or inappropriate content promptly.
• Provide constructive feedback on content quality and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators to optimize moderation strategies and improve user experience.
• Document moderation actions and maintain records of decisions made.
• Stay informed about trends and updates in content moderation practices.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance moderation processes.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content critically.
• Excellent communication skills focused on user engagement.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
