As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every visit to our store is memorable. You’ll:
Drive store sales performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, creating opportunities for ongoing engagement and loyalty.
Stay informed about our products, events, and brand initiatives to provide exceptional guidance and recommendations.
Actively participate in design events, trade shows, and brand activations, turning leads into lasting connections.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with care and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction every time.
Deliver a unique, immersive shopping experience through storytelling, expert advice, and personalized service.
Keep our CRM system up to date to strengthen customer relationships and support the team.
Ensure the store reflects our brand’s identity in visual merchandising, atmosphere, and customer touchpoints.
You are energetic, proactive, and approachable, with a genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle. You bring a strong presence on the store floor and communicate confidently with customers, creating memorable experiences at every interaction. What You Bring
Experience: 2+ years as a Sales Assistant, ideally in luxury retail.
Relationship Skills: Ability to cultivate meaningful connections and leverage networks, with knowledge of local marketing and media landscapes.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with store operational tools (Salesforce, SAP, or similar).
Lifestyle Alignment: Passion for fitness and wellness; commitment to a healthy, professional lifestyle.
Networking Talent: Skilled at creating and nurturing relationships that generate long‑term value.
