Tareas

Reporting with the managing director will learn all about how a media buying agency works with the chance to growth with us in the next future.

This progressive role would suit a candidate with a business/marketing qualification (or similar), with an organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.

Candidate must be proficient in office applications and computer equipment as required.

Job Description:

  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining (data) files and processing paperwork.
  • Other duties reasonably associated with this role as identified by the Managing Director.
  • Undertake training as required by management to ensure quality of service.
Requisitos
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or a media-related field.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
  • High familiarity working with numbers.
  • Ability to perform creative problem solving.

For the positions opened, you’ll need to be fluent in:

  • Spanish.
  • English.
  • Portuguese and Italian are positively valued.
