As a seasoned professional in reinsurance, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. This dynamic position offers an opportunity to gain expertise in treaty underwriting, portfolio management, and market engagement.

• Key Responsibilities :

Assist in evaluating treaty reinsurance submissions, analyzing exposures, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Support the Portfolio Manager in monitoring performance, analyzing data, and optimizing the treasury book.

Develop relationships with brokers, cedents, and industry players, gradually taking on a more commercial role.

Assess the financial strength and creditworthiness of cedents and their associated risks.

Contribute to business planning, market research, and strategic decisions aimed at expanding the portfolio.

Structuring treaty programs, reviewing treaty wordings, and managing contract documentation.

Work closely with Rokstone's corporate teams (operations, finance, IT, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of underwriting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in reinsurance, underwriting, or a related financial sector (preferably in surety, credit, or treaty reinsurance).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Strong capabilities in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and treaty underwriting.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; proficiency in Italian is highly preferred. Additional European languages are a plus.

Knowledge of surety and credit insurance, treaty structures, and industry trends.

Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data analytics tools.

Interest in market development, relationship management, and business strategy.
