amma pregnancy tracker is an international mobile app and one of the world's largest communities for moms-to-be and their families. We are building the world’s best ecosystem to support families through all stages of pregnancy.

As we continue our global expansion, the role of User Acquisition Lead becomes pivotal in driving our growth. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to acquire new users, ensuring that our app reaches and resonates with diverse audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize user acquisition. Primary markets include LATAM, Europe, and the US.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize UA strategies and enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and user behavior to refine UA strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities for user acquisition in emerging markets.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation across various advertising channels in collaboration with the Finance Team.
  • Support the Marketing Team in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UA Manager or similar role in the mobile app industry for 3+ years.
  • Deep knowledge of user acquisition strategies and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach to UA.
  • English proficiency at least B2 / Upper-intermediate.
