Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the Training and Development area, assisting in planning and executing initiatives.
• Contribute to Strategic Talent Planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and future growth.
• Support in the design, management and follow-up of of the Internal Training and Learning Plan, identifying development needs and resources.
• Assist with Professional Development and Career Planning for employees.
• Participate in the administration of Performance Evaluation.
• Support initiatives that foster the Employee Experience and Engagement, focusing on aligning business, culture, and systems to create a positive working environment.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• English: Advanced Level (B2-C1)
• Excel: Advanced Level
• Previous experience: not required.
• Strong interest in talent development, employee engagement, and HR processes Responsible, organized, and autonomous person Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Availability to sign a one-year, full-time paid internship through an internship agreement in collaboration with the educational institution or training center you provide.
