Finance Director – Barcelona | Global Mobility Manufacturing Company

A fast-growing international company in the mobility sector is looking for a Finance Director to lead its financial operations and support global growth. This is a key leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on financial management in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Oversee accounting, payroll, investor reporting, and financial controls
- Drive the company’s global tax strategy, including compliance and optimization
- Manage legal, banking, and insurance matters across multiple geographies
- Play an active role in fundraising,



contract negotiations, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with senior leadership on strategy and operational decision-making

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in finance
- 8+ years of experience in leadership
- Solid experience at not only large but smaller (<300 FTE) companies, too
- Proven expertise in fundraising, international operations, and contract negotiation
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance law, risk management, and tax compliance
- CPA certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, agile mindset with a strong hands-on approach
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish

Location: Barcelona | Onsite work setup
