About the role

seQura is seeking a highly skilledStrategic Sales Consultantwith a consultative sales approach and enterprise-level experience. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address the unique needs of large-scale organizations. Your expertise in building long-term relationships and understanding complex business environments will be key to driving sustainable growth.


What challenges you'll be solving

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target enterprise-level clients.

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to craft customized solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.

  • Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and maximize value.

  • Navigate complex sales cycles, managing multiple touchpoints and aligning internal teams.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Track performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

What you’ll need ????????????????

  • Proven experience in consultative sales approach with a focus on enterprise-level clients, particularly in SaaS or FinTech.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients in retail or e-commerce sectors within the Spanish market is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.

  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Native level of Spanish and working knowledge of English.
