This job is open to childcare-qualified individuals who live in Spain and have the right to work there during Summer 2025. If you speak English and either German or Dutch, and are available to work from March or April, please read on!

OUR OFFER
- Seasonal or permanent contracts available, with optional winter work opportunities.
- Starting gross salary of €23,900 per year, with additional benefits.
- Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel operating hours, plus uniform provided.

ABOUT YOU
- Genuine love and experience working with children, with confident communication skills with parents/guardians.
- A recognized childcare qualification or education is mandatory.
- A fun, vibrant personality capable of leading sessions and working within an international team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work well under pressure.
- Full conversational proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and deliver age-appropriate, developmental programmes for children aged 0-3 or 3-12, filled with magical moments.
- Participate in events like team days, parades, and evening kids' discos.
- Maintain high childcare standards, including health and safety guidelines.
- Engage with parents and guardians, answer questions, resolve issues, and adapt to guest needs.
