How You’ll Contribute

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing purchasing processes to support the company’s growth. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS-related procurement, including software licenses, IT services, and cloud-based solutions, as well as general operational procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for SaaS solutions, IT services, and other operational needs.
  2. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  3. Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal and other teams to ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance requirements.
  4. Conduct internal and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities, new technologies, and best practices in SaaS procurement.
  5. Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  6. Oversee procurement budgets, cost control measures, and expense tracking.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  8. Maintain contracts (mostly SaaS) database in procurement tool.
  9. Collaborate on the development, implementation and maintenance of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize sourcing and purchasing activities.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a SaaS, IT, or technology-driven company.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  4. Experience in contract management, cost analysis, and procurement software tools.
  5. Familiarity with SaaS licensing models, cloud services, and IT procurement.
  6. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
  8. Excellent English communication (written and oral).
  9. Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company.
  10. Knowledge of compliance requirements related to software procurement.

We plan to hire this role remotely in Europe.
