Formación

• 7+ años de experiencia en fondos de crédito, capital privado o asesoría de deuda.
• Fluidez en español e inglés, idealmente un tercer idioma.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar el equipo de analistas en actividades de recaudación de fondos.
• Liderar las etapas de ejecución: estructuración, coordinación de Due Diligence.

Job Description:

Currently we are looking for a vice president who would join Alantra´s Solar investment team. The professional will be fully involved in the day-to-day operations of the fund including:

• Supervising the analysts-team in supporting the equity and debt-raising activities.
• Lead the different execution stages: structuring, Due Diligence coordination, clients’ negotiation, review of legal documentation.
• Experience in leading the execution team, preparing investment memos and presenting investments to the investment committee. Boards etc...

Requirements:

• BBA in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar. MBA is valuable.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in credit funds, private equity, hedge funds, debt advisory or M&A.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) and ideally a third language (preferably German, French, Italian or Portuguese).
• International experience in other country is highly valuable.
• Strong interest in the financing and debt markets.
• Strong academic background and financial knowledge (including accounting, financial statement analysis and valuation).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute with your own ideas.
• Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
• Capable of working under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Committed, driven and with capacity to show initiative.
• Attention to detail.
