Your mission

As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with multiple teams to ensure accurate and actionable data :

• Data Analysis & Reporting– Create reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions.
• Process Support– Help identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
• Operational Collaboration– Work with Marketing, Tech, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure consistent and reliable data.
• Data Validation– Ensure database integrity, validate product features, and assist in operational testing.
• Support Team Initiatives – Assist the team in executing projects and maintaining data standards.

We are looking for a motivated analyst with strong problem-solving and technical skills :

• Educational Background– Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience– Some experience in a data-driven role, with an interest in operations and business insight.
• Technical Skills– Strong in Excel; knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset– Ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
• Problem-Solving– Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
• Organization & Execution– Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Language Skills– Fluent in English; French and / or Spanish is a plus.
