Responsibilities
  • Work as the intersection between the sales and tech team.
  • Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, managing contract discussions and pricing proposals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within Italy.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and pipeline growth targets in the Italian region.
  • Represent REVER at relevant industry events and trade shows in Italy to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing large deals in Italy.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience with product demos.
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers.
  • Native-level Italian and fluency in English (other languages like Spanish or French are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A data-driven approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
