Business Analyst / Sales Performance Specialist

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst / Sales Performance Specialist to join our Retail Excellence (REX) team.

Role Objective: To monitor and control key business and in-store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, successfully achieving company targets.

1. Monitor sales trends against budgets and forecasts, keeping the Retail Director and sales team informed and highlighting opportunities or issues.
2. Analyze key business KPIs such as conversion rate, ASP, bino-rate, aiming to optimize growth and productivity.
3. Conduct deep dives into customer segments to understand business trends and define targeted actions.
4. Create and share regular portfolio analyses and forecasts regarding target achievements based on various factors.
5. Design and manage sales incentive plans and commission schemes in collaboration with HR and Finance.
6. Define and oversee promotions and discounts in coordination with local and regional Marketing and Pricing teams, aligned with company strategies.

Education & Experience Requirements

• University degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Experience managing complex data structures with a strong focus on data analysis and understanding business impacts.
• Project management and analysis experience in Sales and Marketing within international contexts.
• Proficiency in Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI; SQL skills are advantageous.
• Fluent in English.
