As we continue to grow, we're looking for a freelancer, part-time or full-time Account Manager to help us continue scaling while a team member is going on a maternity leave.

The Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Video Producer to join our team. This role is a 6-month full-time involvement and is a replacement for a maternity leave. However, we're open to a part-time or freelancer involvement for the right fit. There is also a chance that this position becomes permanent, but this is not guaranteed.
We're seeking an organised, client-focused Video Producer. You’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring smooth video production execution and alignment with brand goals. You’ll handle end-to-end video project management, from translating client briefs into actionable production plans to overseeing content creation and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations for diverse video formats.
Core responsibilities
Video Project Management & Client Liaison
Take full ownership of a variety of video projects from start to finish, ensuring production goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients on video projects, addressing concerns, inquiries, and feedback related to production.
Communicate effectively with clients, presenting video concepts, gathering insights, and managing expectations throughout the production lifecycle.
Oversee project progress, foresee potential blockers or opportunities in video production, and keep clients and internal teams informed.
Create detailed video project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables.
Creative Collaboration & Production Oversight
Lead the process of gathering and clarifying client video requirements, translating them into clear, actionable creative and production briefs.
Collaborate closely with the creative and post-production teams (Creative Director, Designer, Postproduction Coordinator) to align on video workflow and objectives.
Ensure creative video concepts are on-brand and aligned with the client’s overall marketing strategy and video needs.
Review final video assets (live-action, motion graphics, animations) to ensure they meet both client expectations and agency quality standards.
Act as a liaison between the client and creative team, offering guidance on video project direction while maintaining the integrity of the creative concept.
Workflow & Quality Control
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient video production processes.
Lead retrospective sessions specifically for video projects to improve collaboration and output.
Stay updated on industry trends, video production techniques, and digital marketing strategies to continually enhance our offerings. Team coordination and workflow
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of proven experience in video production management, with expertise in managing diverse video content (e.g., brand videos, explainers, testimonials, social media videos) and full-funnel video campaigns.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess an excellent English level, as it is a core requirement and we will be testing for it.
Deep understanding of video production processes (both live-action and motion design).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing video project logistics.
Ability to balance client needs with protecting the creative process in video production.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Excellence in digital tool usage (project management software, spreadsheets, etc.).
The Perfect Fit Will Also Have
Specific experience with B2B SaaS scaleups, be it in-house or as a service provider.
A passion for digital marketing and advertising trends, especially in video.
Interest in leveraging AI for both operational and creative purposes in video production.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management.
Experience with remote team management.

Location
This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. For all non-contract positions, you must have the right to work in Spain.
Working model
As of 2025, our full-time has been trialing a 4-day workweek with most Fridays off.
Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 2 days a week to collaborate and connect
For this role, you will need to be present more often especially during the initial training period
Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments

What we offer
Immediate incorporation
€34k-€38k gross yearly salary (depending on experience).
