Your Tasks

1. Provide high level safety and technical training to our internal (and external) customers. Always ensure the safety of our participants.
2. Support in the onboarding and qualification of new technicians.
3. Constantly improve the training experience and implement new and innovative learning formats and set-ups in alignment with central guidelines.
4. Provide technical training to O&M technicians, subcontractors and customers.
5. Provide safety training (GWO, electrical risk, etc.) to O&M technicians, subcontractors and clients.
6. Creation of training programs if needed.
7. Preparation of material for training.
8. Maintain and report data on completed courses, attendance, issues etc.
9. Make improvements as needed according to the evaluation of training.
10. Adapt global training material and update training content to local requirements.
11. Provide trainings in different locations in Spain and occasionally in countries of the region.
12. Support in the development and maintenance of the training center.

Your Profile

1. Technical Engineering or technical vocational training. Other degrees may also be considered depending on professional experience.
2. Experience in conducting occupational safety training.
3. Experience in training GWO BST standard.
4. Experience in emergency medical services or volunteer fire department (desired but not mandatory).
5. Windpower industry experience (desirable).
6. Medium/High level of written and spoken English.
7. MS Office knowledge (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
8. Strong sense of organization and planning, strong communication skills.
9. Flexible and able to adapt to the daily activities according to the necessities, proactivity and initiative.
10. Enjoyment in conveying learning content and dealing with diverse groups.
11. Teamwork, high self-motivation and commitment, in addition to the willingness for continuous development.
12. Willingness to travel occasionally to our windfarms in the SAAPAC region to deliver trainings and to our Headquarters in Hamburg.
