Overview

At Auxadi, we are looking for an International Payroll Technician to join our team reporting to the International Payroll Manager and located at Madrid premises.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions in compliance with Spanish labor laws.
• Compliance: Stay updated on labor law changes and tax regulations to ensure full compliance with reporting obligations and legal requirements.
• Social Security: Manage the calculation, modification, and payment of Social Security contributions via SILTRA.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to salaries, taxes, and employee benefits, tracking all changes—hires, terminations, promotions.
• Team Management: Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and assistants to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance payroll efficiency, staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requisitos / Qualifications
