A pharmaceutical company in Madrid is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance talent acquisition efforts across various functions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. As Talent Acquisition Partner in the P&O team for Sandoz Iberia, you'll have a direct impact in providing the company with the best talent!

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Partner with business leaders to ensure we have the best talent for the various functions.
• Screen and assess internal and / or external candidates, as required by the business.
• Proactively contribute to their local P&O teams
• Contribute to process improvement and streamline efficiencies across TA Lifecycle for respective Country aligned with Global standards.
• Cross collaboration with other TA teams in your region (ie annual leave coverage, supporting capacity constraints as and when required)
• Be a Country TA SPOC and support hiring where TA team in another Country may require your knowledge and expertise to hire / process an offer for your Country

What You Need To Bring To The Role

5+ years' experience in recruitment either in an agency or inhouse talent acquisition team.

Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Fluent Spanish (native or C2) and English are mandatory. Other European languages will be valued.

Advanced user of ATS applications (Workday preferred).

Stakeholder management experience
