As a Service Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and continuous evolution of service-based offerings across cross-functional teams. With a clear focus on customer satisfaction and business growth, you’ll translate user insights into high-impact services and launch strategies. From defining product roadmaps to coordinating launches with marketing, sales, and delivery, you’ll be responsible for driving innovation and performance across the full service lifecycle. Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for service-based products in line with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and technology to ensure services remain innovative and differentiated.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, marketing, and sales teams to develop new service offerings and enhance existing ones.
• Specify service requirements, success KPIs, and ensure delivery teams are set up for scalability and execution.
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to shape feature development and drive engagement.
• Lead go-to-market efforts including pricing strategies, promotional plans, and internal sales enablement.
• Track service performance and recommend improvements based on customer adoption and satisfaction metrics.
• Act as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, transparent communication, and efficient execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management with a strong focus on service offerings.
• Proven experience in successfully developing and launching service-based products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer-facing experience.
• High proficiency in analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Ability to manage performance metrics and pivot services based on evolving business needs.
