At Pro Expo, we create memorable experiences at international trade shows and events. We are looking for a Design Specialist / Strategist with 10+ years of experience in stand design to join our design department.

This is a flexible opportunity open to both freelance professionals or those seeking a full-time contract. Whether you prefer remote collaboration or an employee contract, you will play a key role in leading creative concepts with a strategic vision for international projects.

What you’ll do

• Transform client objectives into strong creative concepts.
• Design layouts and spatial distributions for stands across multiple industries.
• Ensure feasibility and budget alignment (materials and European market pricing).
• Collaborate with the design team and Project Managers to deliver quality, coherence, and innovation.
• Coordinate creative projects from concept to completion.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of proven experience designing stands for international trade fairs.
• Strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI tools for renders and video generation.
• Portfolio required.
