We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead to guide the development of a new AI module.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI and Python, with experience in project or team leadership. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

About the Role

• Define and manage the technical roadmap for product development.
• Collaborate closely with the Flight Operations Expert and AI Model Engineer to ensure solutions are optimized for aerial operations, meeting safety and operational standards.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners across the organization.
• Mentor and guide a Junior AI Engineer, supporting their growth while overseeing both new developments and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute your expertise to other AI-related products when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in AI product development with Python, including project or team leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
