Overview
We are looking for to hire a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our IT department. This role will be responsible for managing projects of different nature depending on business needs, including digital initiatives as well as fast-track internal projects. The position will be part of the IT team and will collaborate closely with Technology Operations, Architecture, and Service Owners.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects adopting the Project Manager role, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget.
- Perform exhaustive tracking of projects, adhering to the company’s internal methodology, ensuring proper project documentation, understanding business requirements, and technical elements to be modified or created from scratch.
- Execute proof of concepts: Drive pilots and proof of concept initiatives to test business needs before launching a high-impact project, aligned with Sofinco methodology.
- Identify processes that need to be created or modified and communicate them to both technical and business areas.
- Coordinate teams and facilitate communication across technology department areas to ensure alignment and project success.
- Manage and interact with different providers involved in assigned projects.
- Coordinate and support business units (stakeholders) and users; collaborate with various areas to support transversal initiatives.
- Lead projects using Salesforce, Microservices (Java, Spring Boot), APIs, Talend, WSO2; collaborate on integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
Requirements
- Preferably a university degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT project management or service owner roles in technology departments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Background in financial entities operations.
