Position: Performance Marketing & Social Media Advertising Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Your Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who will take ownership of SANVT’s digital advertising across social media and search. You will be responsible for managing campaigns directly — setting up, optimizing, and scaling accounts on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads. You will also manage external partners when needed, including creative and advertising agencies, to ensure best-in-class execution. The role requires both hands-on performance expertise and the ability to strategically coordinate with external specialists, combining analytical skills with creative thinking to drive profitable growth and brand awareness.

Social Media Advertising
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) as well as TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Take ownership of SANVT’s social media advertising strategy, balancing brand storytelling with direct-response performance.
  • Build and manage always-on campaigns alongside seasonal launches to drive customer acquisition, traffic, and conversions.
  • Develop creative ad concepts in close collaboration with design and content teams, ensuring consistency with SANVT’s brand identity.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and manage audiences with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and long-term customer growth.
  • Continuously test new formats (Reels, TikTok Spark Ads, carousel, dynamic product ads, UGC creatives, etc.) and targeting approaches.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform trends, and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
Google Ads & Search Marketing
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns across PMax, Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
  • Optimize keyword targeting, ad copy, product feeds, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum relevance and efficiency.
  • Scale Google Shopping campaigns to reach new customers while increasing profitability.
  • Leverage remarketing campaigns across Google Display Network and YouTube to re-engage existing audiences.
  • Test new campaign formats (Performance Max, Smart Shopping, Discovery Ads) and integrate learnings into the wider growth strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and creative teams to ensure ads align with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
CRM and Retention
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Manage email campaigns, segmentation, flows, and A/B testing to improve personalization and customer loyalty.
  • Optimize customer journeys and lifecycle marketing through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure smooth integration and management of marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.).
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Translate numbers into insights that shape our growth strategy and build a robust analytics framework across all paid channels, CRM, and e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Define, track, and evaluate KPIs across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, CRM flows, and website performance.
  • Use GA4, Looker Studio, Excel / Sheets to build dashboards that provide visibility into ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention.
  • Conduct deep-dive performance analyses to identify trends, audience insights, and campaign inefficiencies.
  • Translate raw campaign data into strategic recommendations for creative production, budget allocation, and targeting.
  • Own marketing attribution models to understand the full customer journey across touchpoints.
  • Run incrementality tests and A/B experiments, measuring the impact of different campaigns, creatives, and audiences.
  • Regularly present findings to management in a clear, actionable way to inform the wider team.
Your Profile – Must Haves
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, performance, or growth marketing (preferably in D2C / e-commerce).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Analytical mindset with proven success in scaling campaigns profitably; data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work with large data sets, clean and structure them, and uncover actionable insights.
  • Hands-on skills in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboards, Klaviyo reporting, and ideally SQL or other data query tools.
  • Confidence in reporting and communicating complex data in a simple, visual format.
  • A balance between granular attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger strategic picture.
Nice to Have
  • German and / or French language skills.
  • Background in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads and emerging paid media channels.
  • Experience with marketplaces.
