Formación

• 1+ year in Front Desk / Night Audit experience, preferably in boutique hotels.

Overview

Contract & Compensation

Contract: 32 hours/week (night shifts), 4 nights/week, rotating rest days (Mon–Sun).

Salary: €1,586/month (gross)

Vacation: As per collective agreement (convenio)

About Anfitrión Marbella

Anfitrión Marbella is an intimate, art-infused boutique hotel with 19 carefully designed rooms and a bespoke concierge approach. We deliver serene, discreet, guest-centric hospitality. We\'re looking for a meticulous Night Auditor who combines warm service with numerical rigor and operational calm.

Role Summary

You own the hotel during the night: guest arrivals and departures, safety, accuracy of the day\'s figures, and seamless handover to mornings. You\'ll run the night audit, resolve guest needs, and ensure legal and brand standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute late check-ins/outs and handle emails/calls with a warm, efficient approach
• Run the night audit: reconcile PMS figures, payments, folios; close the day; no-shows; cash and shift reports
• Security & safety: periodic rounds, incident logging, emergency response per SOPs
• Financial accuracy: process payments, verify postings, balance cash/card transactions
• Reporting: prepare daily management reports and distribute to departments
• Systems: keep PMS up to date (bookings, allocations, guest profiles; e.g., Cloudbeds)
• Legal compliance: send "partes de viajeros" (Hospederías) to authorities and complete required registers
• Reservations: respond to enquiries, provide accurate info/quotes, and capture direct bookings
• Standards & confidentiality: follow brand SOPs; protect guest and company data (GDPR)

What You\'ll Bring (Must-Haves)

• Experience: 1+ year in Front Desk / Night Audit (boutique or upscale preferred)
• Languages: Fluent Spanish & English (spoken and written)
• Numerical rigor & detail: you spot discrepancies and fix them before sunrise
• Autonomy: confident working solo at night; sound judgment in unusual situations
• Tech: comfortable with PMS and MS Office (Excel/Word); email & OTA portals
• Availability: nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Right to work in Spain

Nice-to-Haves (Valued)

• PMS experience with Cloudbeds, Opera, or MEWS
• Knowledge of Marbella area and concierge-style recommendations
• Additional Languages: French, German, Arabic, Russian
• First-aid basics; incident reporting familiarity
• Driver\'s license

• Response times to guest requests within agreed SLAs
• Positive review mentions of night service; contribution to 5-star OTA reviews
• Clean, on-time handover to the morning team with clear reports
