Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Logistics and Quality Manager(m/f) to integrate the production team of Logoplaste Torija.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Job Summary:

Logistics and Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing logistics operations and quality management across the plant.

Key tasks & Activities

• Manage the entry of materials and exit of finished products;
• Ensure FIFO compliance in raw materials by production teams;
• Document management of the quality system;
• Observe the adherence to quality and production procedures by all employees;
• Report to the Plant Manager on quality standards, and monitor them through production;
• Report to the group KPIs related to quality and overall parameters.

Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial/Production environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of Logistics & Quality Control practices;
• Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Spanish (mandatory);
• Experience with ISO, FSSC, or BRC Certification systems;
• Knowledge of MS office tools and SAP knowledge will be highly valued.

Interpersonal Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, managers, external companies and subject matter experts;
• Team player and flexible with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
• Ability to work autonomously and problem-solving skills;
• Results oriented with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
