Your role and work environment :

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Legal Expert to join our Legal Department.

Your key responsibilities :

This role involves supporting senior lawyers in analyzing legal issues related to banking products, primarily loans, insurance, and mortgages.

Their duties include :

• Analysis of specific product regulations.
• Support in litigation matters and administration.
• Analysis of pre-contractual and contractual documentation, including sales and promotional processes.
• Handling legal questions for the areas supported: loans, insurance, and mortgages.
• Collaborating to provide legal advice for new projects undertaken by business areas.

• Degree in Law from an accredited institution.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a paralegal at a law firm and/or financial institution, focusing on litigation and procedural matters.

• Ability to stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to banking.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; effective management of competing priorities.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
