ABOUT THE JOB

  • AsKey Account Manager for Hotels, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our supplier strategy across multiple categories. You’ll be responsible for securing optimal commercial agreements and ensuring strong supplier relationships that support our business goals.
  • Negotiate and secure commercial agreements with suppliers including hotels, bedbanks, aggregators, airlines, transport providers, and more.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and E-commerce teams to identify supplier needs and renegotiate terms.
  • Monitor supplier availability and integration opportunities via Travelcompositor (booking engine).
  • Develop business cases for onboarding new suppliers or aggregators, with a strong understanding of technical systems.
  • Ensure Group contracts and Framework Agreements are aligned and cover the SP&A region.
  • Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and other teams to align supplier strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with suppliers and industry stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

  • We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
  • Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships.
  • Comfortable working with technical systems and booking platforms.
  • Ability to develop compelling business cases and drive strategic decisions.
  • Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
