With just one click, we guarantee the collection of property rents every 10th of the month. Our platform offers full visibility from the very beginning (listing on portals, tenant background check, digital contract signing, etc.) to managing the monthly accounting of real estate assets. Zazume already allows finance home expenses to avoid having to decapitalize in case of a breakdown. Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support the growth of our strategic Finance department. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and eager to learn about all areas of a scaling Finance department, supporting both strategic/analytical work and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Financial analysis & reporting

• Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports
• Perform variance analysis and support budget-to-actual reviews
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics

Budgeting & forecasting

• Assist in annual and quarterly forecast cycles
• Take ownership in modelling scenarios and new business projects

Month‑end closing processes

• Help with bank reconciliations and reports on AR / AP
• Collaborate with accounting and tax advisors to ensure timely closing cycle

Project support & process improvements

• Take ownership in key strategic projects (e.g. working capital optimization, pricing analysis)
• Support debt fundraising activities
• Identify and suggest improvements to financial processes and tools

Cross‑functional collaboration

• Gather and validate financial data from Sales, Ops, and other teams
• Support preparation of reporting material for stakeholder meetings

Requirements

• Business, Data Analytics or other quantitative academic experience
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with financial tools (e.g. ERP or BI software), some experience or academic course in data-analysis
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to get your hands dirty and gain experience in all finance areas (not only the cool stuff!)
• Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup
• One previous working experience is appreciated
• Fluency in English and Spanish
