We operate in Spain, France, and Portugal, helping property owners and managers furnish faster and smarter with purchase or rental options, complete transparency, and a single point of contact.

We are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our creative and operational team. If you’re passionate about design, love bringing spaces to life, and enjoy working directly with clients in a fast-moving and flexible environment—this role is for you.

Your Role

As our Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of interior design projects, from concept to final delivery :

• Design and develop projects from scratch, ensuring every detail reflects the client’s identity while meeting Bechester’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Engage directly with clients, understand their needs, develop creative proposals, and guide them through every step of the process.
• Visit properties, take accurate measurements, and analyze spaces with a critical eye and creative mindset to transform ideas into tangible results.
• Coordinate suppliers, request quotes, and manage timelines and budgets efficiently.
• Supervise on-site work and furniture installation to ensure everything is executed as designed.
• Participate in project shootings, ensuring each space is styled and presented with care and attention to detail.

Your Profile

You hold a degree or master’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

You have 5+ years of proven experience in similar roles, along with a portfolio showcasing your best projects.

You are passionate about design in all its forms and understand that it lives in every detail.

You’re skilled in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and open to learning new ones when needed.

You are organized, resourceful, and enjoy working independently while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.

Fluency in Spanish is required; French or Portuguese is a plus.
