Senior Competition Lawyer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled senior competition lawyer to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex competition issues and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Represent clients before competition authorities and courts, ensuring strong advocacy skills and a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients, leveraging expertise in competition law, EU law, and other relevant areas.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in competition law, preferably in a top-tier law firm in Spain or Brussels.
• Law degree, with a specialization master's degree or master's degree in competition law and European law being highly desirable.
• Proven track record of training and supervising junior lawyers, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
