Responsibilities

As our Domestic Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for domestic transport, claims management, and reporting.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of transportation operations, contributing to the efficiency and compliance of our global supply chain. Collaboration provides hands-on experience in the intricate details of international logistics and customs procedures.

Your main focus includes:

1. Analyzing delivery statuses and calculating OTD.
2. Applying your knowledge to improve processes and reduce claims.
3. Collaborating with carriers to improve KPIs.
4. Maintaining deep contact with stakeholders such as Customer Service, Warehousing, and Hauliers.
5. Creating customs documents.
6. Gaining exposure to an international environment.

You will work closely with departments such as Customer Care, Customs, and Warehouse. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You enjoy applying problem-solving skills to optimize transportation and enhance logistics efficiency. As an experienced Transport Specialist, you approach challenges with meticulous planning and a detail-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Additionally, you:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possess strong analytical skills to assess and improve transportation processes.
• Are proficient in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint, especially in transportation management.

Willing to learn about road, sea, and air transport, including customs procedures.

Proficient in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional European languages (French, Italian) is desirable.
