AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Key responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Spain region
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate high-performing data center management teams
• Operational Excellence: Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategies
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilities
• Performance Optimization: Establish clear performance metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
