Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of a strategic project within the Spanish public sector.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement firewall rules and security policies to ensure secure, scalable, and robust infrastructure.
2. Manage threat intelligence feeds and automated blacklists to protect against emerging threats.
3. Configure and monitor IPS systems to detect and prevent cyber attacks.
4. Develop DDoS protection strategies and deploy them on the network.
5. Implement DNS filtering and traffic management policies to improve network performance.
6. Apply application control up to Layer 7, including encrypted traffic inspection (SSL offloading).
7. Safeguard digital certificates and cryptographic keys to ensure data integrity.
8. Design high-availability architectures to minimize downtime.
9. Configure F5 load balancers and reverse proxies for optimal performance.
10. Tune WAF configurations to protect against threats and zero-days.
11. Support segmented environments in the SARA cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
