Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Cybersecurity Instructor for a part-time remote position (CEST Time Zone). This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through our transformative 6-month program. You'll deliver cutting-edge curriculum, facilitate real-world laboratory exercises, and provide invaluable mentorship to students on their journey from zero to cybersecurity-ready.

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 18 : 30-21 : 30 | Fridays reserved for office hours and student support

Responsabilities

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led lessons across our 12 comprehensive modules
• Guide students through hands-on laboratories using industry-standard tools (Metasploit, Wireshark, Splunk, Nmap, etc.)
• Provide personalized mentorship and technical guidance during lab sessions
• Develop and refine curriculum content to maintain industry relevance
• Conduct assessments through quizzes, lab assignments, and project evaluations
• Offer career coaching and certification preparation support
• Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages peer-to-peer learning
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and best practices
