What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead mission-critical operational transformations, from complex M&A integrations to enterprise-wide system overhauls
• Architect next-generation operational systems using Python and LLM APIs that make traditional CRM tools obsolete
• Pioneer AI-driven workflows using state-of-the-art tools (Cursor, Windsurf, MCP) to eliminate operational friction
• Drive end-to-end initiatives using our battle-tested playbooks while exercising strategic decision-making
• Showcase your technical prowess through hands-on AI solution design and implementation challenges

Consulting Manager Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI-powered operational systems that streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and accelerate execution across Trilogy's diverse global software portfolio.

Basic Requirements

Geographic location : North America (excluding California), South / Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2)

Proven track record with 5+ years leading operational initiatives in enterprise software

Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience across Support, Sales, Collections, or similar roles

Strong technical foundation with demonstrated Python programming skills and LLM API integration expertise

Hands-on experience with modern automation tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP

Self-driven professional with a track record of delivering high-impact results autonomously

Nice-to-have Requirements

Track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational changes, particularly in M&A scenarios or major workforce transitions

Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and implementing AI-enhanced operational frameworks

Impressive portfolio of self-developed, enterprise-grade automation solutions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
