Responsibilities

  1. Plan and carry out the daily production of meals, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the company and the client's requirements.
  2. Control and take care of the conservation and use of the products made available to you.
  3. Supervise and comply with the hygiene, quality, and food safety procedures in the area (HACCP).
  4. Check that the workstation and equipment are always safe and clean.
  5. Follow up on incidents reported by customers and the quality department.

Requirements

  1. Experience in hotels, restaurants, and large-volume communities for at least 2 years.
  2. Experience in working with programmed recipes and exact grammages.
  3. Very valuable qualification in hospitality.
  4. Job stability.
  5. Valuable knowledge of HACCP.
  6. Availability to work in rotating shifts.
  7. Knowledge of office automation.
  8. Compliance with rules and tasks.
  9. Organization and planning.
  10. Stress tolerance.
  11. Autonomy.
  12. Teamwork.
