Job Responsibilities

1. Develop a strong technical understanding of our products and research, along with a deep clinical understanding of the medical conditions we address.
2. Assist with logistical and support aspects of deploying products to customers and patients, including internal approvals, packaging and shipping of devices, training, and customer support.
3. Monitor customer accounts to ensure value addition and that customers are able to utilize our products effectively.
4. Organize and conduct clinical and cost-effectiveness studies, liaising with study sites, managing logistics, troubleshooting, and preparing documentation compliant with GCP and ISO 14155 standards (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications

• Background in biomedical or medical fields, such as a degree in bioengineering or life sciences, or clinical experience in healthcare settings (e.g., NHS). This is a graduate/junior role with on-the-job learning opportunities.
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong listening, patience, and empathy skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective planning abilities.
