A leading American company is seeking a Business Development Director to join their expanding European commercial team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B energy sales, particularly dealing with utilities and retail clients, and will thrive in a dynamic, international environment. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus.

Formación

  • 5+ years in B2B consultative sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, data, or energy tech.
  • Experience selling into utilities and large retailers.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across Europe.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish, Italian, or French preferred.

The company is expanding its European commercial team and is looking for a candidate with experience in utilities or large retailers sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultative, high-value sales processes with major utilities & retail clients.

  • Identify client needs and co-create tailored energy intelligence solutions.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams (locally and globally).

  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences & industry events across Europe.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in B2B consultative sales (SaaS, AI, data, or energy tech preferred).

  • Experience selling into utilities and/or retail enterprises.

  • Flexibility to travel regularly across Europe.
