What will you do?
- Technical support: Learn how to deal with clients by presenting the technology and supporting them with doubts or questions.
- Propose updates and identify needs to engage developers with our tools: Devhub, Sandbox, & Devportal.
- Create developer-facing documentation, programming demos, training materials, videos, reels, and presentations for Open Gateway’s APIs to foster the growth of our developer community. This content will be published on our website: Developer Hub, and social networks.
- Motivate and assist internal and external developers to create content about Open Gateway.
- Deliver presentations at tech events about Open Gateway.
- Attend tech events to meet communities and generate leads for Go To Market strategies.
- Create alliances with companies and communities to increase awareness.
- Coordinate with other departments to build good relationships and facilitate feedback and collaborations.
- Participate in shaping the devrel strategy we are developing.

- You love programming and teaching.
- You are fluent in reading and writing languages like Python, Node.js, or React.
- You are fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- You are comfortable talking with people and meeting new people.
- You possess excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.
- You enjoy being a team player and have good communication skills. You will interact with multidisciplinary teams daily.
- Bonus points if you are already an active member of any software communities in your region.
