Your mission

We’re looking for a hands-on

Your mission

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Specialist who’s equally great at finding powerful AI tools and making them work across teams. In this role, you’ll scout emerging solutions, assess their fit, and lead the end-to-end implementation process —from proof-of-concept to onboarding to successful adoption.

You’ll work side-by-side with Product, Ops, and Business teams to turn possibilities into working realities, ensuring we embed AI in ways that truly improve our day-to-day operations.

AI Tool Scouting

Stay ahead of the curve by continuously evaluating emerging AI products, platforms, and frameworks — including LLMs, automation tools, vision APIs, and no-code / low-code AI solutions.

Opportunity Mapping

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven improvements such as workflow automation, decision support, and internal tools.

Proof of Concept

Rapidly design and test prototypes that validate real-world use cases — balancing technical performance, cost-efficiency, and user experience.

Implementation Ownership

Take ownership of rolling out AI solutions : manage configurations, API integrations, data pipelines, and ensure seamless user onboarding.

Work closely with engineers, designers, and product owners to adapt AI solutions to specific team needs and ensure a smooth adoption process.

Enablement & Training

Create clear documentation, lead hands-on demos and workshops, and support ongoing usage to embed AI tools into everyday workflows.

Monitoring & Feedback

Define success metrics, collect user feedback, and continuously iterate on solutions to drive long-term value and usability.

Your profile

Applied AI Expertise

A solid understanding of applied AI and machine learning — with a focus on generative AI, automation platforms, and real-world use.

Hands-on Tool Experience

Proven track record of implementing and operationalizing tools like OpenAI, Zapier, LangChain, Google AI, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms.

Technical Flexibility

Comfortable with light scripting, API integrations, and building solutions using no-code or low-code stacks.

Pilot & Adoption Experience

Experience launching AI pilots, managing change, and ensuring smooth adoption across teams and departments.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Ability to translate team needs into technical solutions while working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with data pipelines, backend workflows, or quick prototyping tools is a strong plus
