What You Will Do

• Design, build, and optimize AI-driven components of our platform.
• Work with state-of-the-art LLMs and fine-tune models for production use.
• Develop pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate AI into scalable systems.
• Research, prototype, and experiment with the latest AI / ML techniques.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation and technical articles.
• Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

About You

We use Go and Python in the backend, and Python is central to our AI work. We value problem-solvers with curiosity and drive, even if you don’t check every single box.

• Strong experience with Python and ML / AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Knowledge of data processing pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Hacker mentality : you thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and love turning ideas into working systems.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, statistics, and applied machine learning.
