A leading furniture company is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Madrid. You will prepare and reconcile journal entries, ensure accurate data processing, and support audits and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate has a formal education in Accounting, is proficient in both English and Spanish, and has at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Formación

• English B2, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a similar role (2 years).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, post, and reconcile journal entries such as costs and revenues.
• Ensure all data is processed accurately and timely.
• Contribute to improving work quality and efficiency.
• Support audits, yearly filings, and compliance activities.
• Act as a contact point for companies and handle A&R activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, post, and reconcile journal entries such as costs, revenues, accruals, intercompany charges, and perform administrative tasks linked to treasury (cash flow) and functional adjustments.
• Ensure all relevant data is processed accurately, timely, and according to accounting standards.
• Contribute to improving quality and efficiency of work.
• Support internal and external audits, yearly filings, and compliance activities.
• Act as a contact point for specific companies and handle all A&R activities for responsible companies.
