As a Precision Mechanic / Production Worker in Precision Mechanics (m/f/d), you play a central role in the manufacturing of our MEMS scanner modules. Through precise and routine work, you ensure that our sensors function reliably. Your area covers the entire micro-assembly of optical, electronic, and mechanical components.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable manufacturing expert who possesses skill, dexterity, and experience in the assembly of micromechanical systems. If your dream job is originated in manufacturing of high-quality systems, then you are exactly right fit.
Your tasks
- Precision Assembly: You independently assemble and calibrate our micromechanical scanner modules supported by our specialized production equipment
- Precision Mechanics and Metrology: You take responsibility for the functionality and maintenance of our production machines
- Documentation & Processes: You carefully document all process steps incl. relevant manufacturing parameters and support the updating of standard operating procedures
- Quality & Reliability: You support the early detection of process deviations and the development of corrective measures
- Communication & Reporting: You independently communicate the manufacturing status to the Operations and R&D teams
- Improvement & Development: You make an active contribution to testing and validating processes and working methods within the framework of continuous improvement
- Work in Cleanroom: You are willing and able to work in a cleanroom and ideally already have experience doing so
Your profile
- Education: You have completed a vocational training in the field of precision mechanics, microsystems technology, or a comparable technical field
- Career Change: You have a similar technical apprenticeship and have already worked successfully in precision assembly
- Experience: You have several years of experience in the manufacturing of micromechanical components
- Sense of Duty: You value precision, a reliable quality of work, and can carry out process flows structured and dependably, including documentation
- IT Skills: You have experience in using IT software and operating databases with production-relevant data and parameters
- Communication: You communicate proactively in German (min. business fluent/C1) and English (min. upper intermediate/B2)
