About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with a data-driven and pragmatic mindset to join our Product Management team. As a future Product Manager in the Salesforce team, you will be working closely with the Sales, Sales operations and Operations teams on developing and optimizing contract management processes in Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency.

The successful candidate has a proven track record of product leadership: solving complex problems together with the team, identifying and assessing opportunities to achieve goals, connecting own domain to the bigger vision, collaborating proactively within the organization, managing organizational change, and navigating uncertainty.

Your responsibilities:
  • Being accountable for maximizing business outcomes within the contract management domain
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, designer and stakeholders to ensure the team is "building the right things right"
  • Own the Big Picture and ensure alignment with the overarching goals
  • Translate strategy into clear, prioritized tactics that inform roadmaps, initiatives, epics, and user stories
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities through data analysis and user research to ensure addressing business needs and delivering value to users
  • Define and (in-)validate hypotheses and define & measure whether outcomes are met
  • Translate product opportunities into initiatives with clearly defined use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure that contract management processes maximize success of the operational processes.


Your profile:
  • Data-driven, pragmatic, and goal-oriented mindset: Demonstrate a data-centric approach to decision-making, setting clear goals, and measuring success metrics.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to uncover an opportunity, need or problem from data or user research, break down complex problems into manageable components, and develop a strategy for hypothesis validation at an early stage.
  • Strong prioritization skills: Strong ability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact and strategic goals.
  • Strategy Development: Ability to connect the dots between opportunities or domains, understand the goals and define the path for achieving these goals.
  • Business Acumen: Being able to measure initiative ROI and prepare a business case
  • Change Management: Successful experience in managing organizational change, particularly in a technical or platform-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication Skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences (business, users & stakeholders, tech team).
  • Platform or technical product owner / product manager experience: proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technical or platform-related role.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce or other contract/client management systems is a plus.
  • Internal Tools Development: Experience in developing internal tools is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English; German/French is a plus.
